Rest is necessary.
Through breath, sound, movement, and stillness, these offerings create space for nervous system regulation, deep rest, emotional release, and meaningful connection.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, grieving, searching, or simply needing a moment to breathe, you are welcome here.

You get to arrive. No performing. No striving. Just being.
Modern life asks us to move fast, stay productive, and push through exhaustion. Many of us have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest.
Sound Body Breath was created as a space to soften. A space to reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and remember that rest is not something you have to earn.
Through breathwork, sound baths, gentle movement, meditation, and community gatherings, these experiences invite you into a slower and more intentional rhythm.

Breathwork + Soundbath Meditations
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that helps quiet the overthinking mind and reconnect you to your body and heart. If traditional meditation has ever felt overwhelming or inaccessible, this practice offers a more embodied approach where laughing, sighing, crying, yelling, and making noise are all welcome as forms of release.

Soundbath Meditations
A soundbath is an immersive meditative experience where participants rest while listening to Himalayan hand-hammered metal singing bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and other resonant sounds. The vibrations and tones help guide the body and mind into deeper states of relaxation and Non Sleep Deep Rest, creating space for restoration, nervous system regulation, and stillness.

These offerings are designed to be welcoming and accessible to a wide range of experience levels and abilities. If you have questions about accommodations, accessibility, injuries, pregnancy, or nervous system sensitivities, please reach out before attending.

You deserve spaces that allow you to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Her approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in a desire to know herself more deeply and help others do the same. These spaces are not about perfection or performance. They are about creating room to pause, breathe, release, listen inward, and reconnect to what matters.
Inspired by nature, rivers, stillness, and the wisdom of the breath, Sound Body Breath invites people into experiences that feel calming, restorative, spacious, and real.
Expand your mind
Creating Space Within
Our approach centers embodiment: feeling your feelings, noticing sensations, and becoming present with what is happening in the body instead of bypassing, deflecting, or escaping. It takes courage to truly be in your body, and these practices are designed to support that process with gentleness, awareness, and care. By creating more space in both the body and mind, we begin to create more space between stimulus and response, allowing for less reactivity and more feeling, presence, and conscious choice.
Join us as we cultivate a community focused on wellness, connection, and shared experiences.
